General Terms:

  1. Rates & Validity

    • The package rate starts at Php 22,340 per person and may vary depending on room type, travel dates, and availability.

    • Rates are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated.

    • This promotion is valid for stays until December 15, 2025 and is not applicable on blackout dates, including Holy Week and peak seasons as determined by the hotel.

  2. Reservation & Payment Policies

    • Advance booking is required and is subject to room availability.

    • A non-refundable deposit or full prepayment may be required to secure the booking.

    • Cancellation and modification policies apply and vary depending on the hotel’s policy at the time of booking.

Inclusions & Usage Terms:

In case of force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances), the hotel reserves the right to reschedule bookings or offer alternative arrangements.

Accommodation & Guest Policies

The package is based on twin sharing (two guests sharing one room). Additional guests may be accommodated at an extra charge, subject to room capacity.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 NN. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Dining & Discounts

Dining credits can be used at Mamma Mia and the Pool Bar and must be utilized during the stay.

Dining credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash or used for room service.

The 15% discount at Mamma Mia applies to à la carte food orders only and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers.

Transfers & Transportation

Roundtrip transfers are included in the package but are valid for Caticlan Airport arrivals and departures only.

Guests arriving via Kalibo Airport may arrange transfers at an additional cost.

Flight details must be provided at least 72 hours before arrival to arrange the transfers.

Additional Policies

The hotel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the offer without prior notice.

Amazing staff at the La Fiesta. So refreshingly cheerful and accommodating. Such a beautiful ambiance and the waterfall feature was calming during dinner service. I highly recommend this hotel and would like to congratulate the management for having selected a great team to run their hotel. Special mention to Jewel who took the time to tour us around the facilities and to Rose for making our dinner experience with laughter. We shall return.
