Safe Budget Inn. Best Value for money. It is between the beachfront and D’Mall where you can find food. You will have to down backstreets, but I felt safe walking through them. It is a good place, especially if you need a place to leave your stuff and sleep in the evening and go out again the entire day.

We had a wonderful stay in Island Inn Boracay. Their staff is super friendly and helpful. The room is clean. The aircon is super cold. The water pressure is just right. They have (a heater) as well.
